What to do if you qualify

If you believe you may qualify for pro bono financial planning assistance, then follow these steps:

Review the qualification criteria to determine if you are eligible for pro bono counseling.
Send an email to the Webmaster with your name, address, phone number, and email address. Also indicate if you are affiliated with any of the charitable organizations, and what your current financial situation is.
Wait for a response from NEFE indicating whether a planner could be found.

Please be aware that not all local affiliates of the following charitable organizations currently are in a position to respond to all requests for assistance because of financial and human resources limitations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
